Our manufacturing facility is spread out over 30000 sq ft in Vasai, Maharashtra with World-class machinery and automation ; from pipe welding to cutting, bending, bulging, the entire process requires precise tools and machinery, Various Processes like CNC shaping, PLC trimming, tooling and electro polishing, sand blasting and much more are all done exclusively at our manufacturing unit.
From sheet to a bottle,the transformation journey has 18 well-defined steps described in detail with the pictures below. Quality checks ensure every bottle passes the stringent quality standards. Company have it’s own R & D section with CNC machines to design and develop their own moulds with latest technology. Inspection process is carried out to check for scratches, flashes or dents.
